Approved cards receive a price and turnaround. Declined cards include clear reasons.
Approve and pay
If you proceed, approve the quote and pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Receive order details
After payment, receive your order number and postage or Melbourne drop-off instructions.

Packing and Melbourne handover
After approval, we provide packing instructions and the order reference to include. Melbourne drop-off and collection are arranged for the available handover days.
Postage and insurance
Tracked postage is required. Return insurance is optional and selected using the value you declare for your cards.
Inspection and changes
We document each card on arrival. If its condition changes the recommended service, price, risk or timing, work pauses for your approval.
Turnaround and updates
Your expected turnaround is confirmed with the quote. You can then follow the order through restoration, quality check and return.

What can Heritage improve?
Surface dirt, minor scratching, suitable dents and creases where improvement is realistically achievable.
What damage may not be suitable?
Whitening is colour loss rather than removable dirt. Tears, mashed cards, excessive creasing and severe delamination may also have too little safe restoration upside.
Does restoration guarantee a grading result?
No. Heritage restores presentation and condition where safely achievable, but no particular grade, grading acceptance or future market value is promised.
